About Scott
Following a brief tenure in education and coaching in Texas, Scott was ordained into Christian ministry. He furthered his theological pursuits by earning a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1996. Relocating to Alabama at that time, Scott embarked on a pastoral ministry and also assumed the role of Hospice Chaplain. Over the years, his commitment to pastoral counseling led him to pursue certification as a Life Coach and ultimately culminated in the attainment of a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University in 2014. Scott holds professional affiliation with the National Christian Counselors Association, from which he has earned a License in Clinical Pastoral Counseling with Advanced Certification and also Advanced Certifications in Integrated Marriage and Family Therapy, Cognitive Therapy and Ethics, and Substance Abuse and Addiction Therapy.
In 2015, Scott established L.I.F.E. House Ministries, Inc. (501(c)(3)), dedicated to imparting the transformative truths of God's Word to the lost, hurting, and hungry. His ministry has touched the lives of numerous individuals.
Scott is also an accomplished author, having penned two books, "Are You Ready" and "Christian Essentials," available on Amazon.com. Beyond his professional pursuits, Scott leads a tranquil life in Grove Hill, AL, relishing country living, quality time with family, music (both listening and playing), reading, fitness endeavors, and culinary delights.
